By downloading, installing, or using Skye ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
License
Free Tier: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the daily word limit.
Pro License: Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App without word limits. The license is valid for the version purchased and all updates we choose to provide.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Transcription accuracy may vary based on audio quality, accent, and environmental factors.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, resulting from your use of the App.
Refund Policy
Pro license purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the App. Refunds can be requested through Polar or by contacting us at khemsok97@gmail.com
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
